CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Oversee field operations and construction activities, ensuring quality workmanship, safety compliance, and efficient project execution across multiple crews and job sites.
GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT
Provide leadership and direction for field operations, coordinating personnel, equipment, and subcontractors to deliver complex utility and infrastructure projects.
FOREMAN
Lead field crews in the safe and productive installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical infrastructure, while maintaining quality standards and project schedules.
JOURNEYMAN LINEMAN
Construct, maintain, and repair overhead and underground electrical distribution and transmission systems while working safely in a variety of field conditions.
APPRENTICE LINEMAN
Develop the skills required for a career in the electrical utility industry through hands-on training and mentorship while supporting experienced line crews.
SUBSTATION TECHNICIAN
Install, maintain, test, and troubleshoot substation equipment, including transformers, breakers, switches, and associated electrical systems.
PROTECTION & CONTROL TECHNICIAN
Perform relay testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of protection and control systems that ensure reliable operation of electrical substations.
EQUIPMENT OPERATOR
Operate heavy construction equipment such as excavators, cranes, digger derricks, loaders, and other machinery used in utility and infrastructure projects.
CDL DRIVER
Safely transport equipment, materials, and specialized loads to project sites while ensuring compliance with transportation and safety regulations.
CRANE OPERATOR
Operate cranes and lifting equipment to safely move transformers, substation components, poles, and other heavy electrical infrastructure.
HEAVY HAUL DRIVER
Transport oversized and specialized utility equipment, including transformers and substation components, throughout the region.
ESTIMATOR
Prepare accurate project cost estimates, analyze plans and specifications, and support business development efforts by identifying project opportunities.
PROJECT ENGINEER
Support project teams with planning, scheduling, documentation, procurement, and technical coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
SAFETY PROFESSIONAL
Promote a culture of safety through training, inspections, audits, and compliance programs that protect employees, clients, and the public.
FIELD MECHANIC
Inspect, maintain, and repair company vehicles, heavy equipment, and specialized utility construction machinery to keep projects running efficiently.
SURVEY TECHNICIAN
Provide field measurements, layout, and data collection services to support transmission, distribution, substation, and civil construction projects.
ADMINISTRATIVE & OFFICE SUPPORT
Assist with project documentation, accounting, payroll, human resources, and other business functions that support successful operations.
